Proposals and scope
Each project is governed by a written proposal defining what is included, what is required to begin, when the remaining balance is due, and which services are optional.
Client responsibilities
Timelines depend on receiving content, feedback, and approvals during discovery, direction, and refinement.
Revisions
Revisions are submitted through the organized review described in your proposal. Requests beyond the approved scope may be quoted separately.
Third party expenses
Domain registration, business email, website platform subscriptions, applications, advertising, printing, and other third party expenses are separate unless specifically included in the written proposal. Client accounts and business assets remain in the client's name.
